In Viadescioism, Seximal refers to the numbering system used in all treatises and practices. Instead of the Decimal system, which is based on the number 10, Viadescioism uses the Seximal system, which is based on the number 6. The Seximal system influences how numbers are represented and understood within Viadescioism. For instance, the number we know as “10” in decimal is “14” in Seximal. This system is integral to their mathematical and philosophical frameworks.

In Viadescioism, the Seximal system, also known as the base-6 numbering system, plays a fundamental role in the way numbers are represented, interpreted, and applied within the tradition.

Understanding the Seximal System

The Seximal system is based on the number 6, meaning it uses six digits: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Once it reaches 6, it cycles back to 0, but the place value increases, much like the transition from 9 to 10 in the Decimal system. For instance, the decimal number 6 is represented as “10” in Seximal, and the decimal number 10 is represented as “14” in Seximal.

Representation and Conversion

To illustrate, here’s a brief conversion of some Decimal numbers to their Seximal equivalents:

  • Decimal 1 = Seximal 1
  • Decimal 2 = Seximal 2
  • Decimal 3 = Seximal 3
  • Decimal 4 = Seximal 4
  • Decimal 5 = Seximal 5
  • Decimal 6 = Seximal 10
  • Decimal 7 = Seximal 11
  • Decimal 8 = Seximal 12
  • Decimal 9 = Seximal 13
  • Decimal 10 = Seximal 14

Implications in Viadescioism

Mathematical Framework

In Viadescioism, the Seximal system influences the mathematical framework significantly. Calculations, measurements, and numerical representations all follow the base-6 logic, which can affect various aspects such as geometry, algebra, and even basic arithmetic. This system encourages different patterns and relationships between numbers compared to the Decimal system, potentially leading to unique mathematical insights and theories.

Practical Applications

In practical terms, the Seximal system is used in all treatises and practices within Viadescioism. For instance:

  • Rituals and Ceremonies: Timings, durations, and sequences in rituals may be planned according to Seximal numbers, embedding the system deeply into the spiritual practices.
  • Symbolism: Symbols may incorporate Seximal representations, enhancing their significance and aligning with the philosophical underpinnings of the tradition.
  • Calendrical Systems: Viadescioic Calendars and timekeeping follow Seximal divisions, offering a Viadescioic perspective on the passage of time and the structuring of days, months, and years.

Educational and Cognitive Aspects

Learning and adapting to the Seximal system can also be seen as a form of mental discipline, encouraging practitioners to think outside the conventional numerical framework. This mental shift can foster a more flexible and diverse approach to problem-solving and understanding the world.

  1. Then I suppose everything could be of differing mathematical proportion. Creating differing variation of form, as well as differing sounding music deviating from the traditional 4/4. Combined with viadescioistic style and artistry, it’s a whole new world.
